At the begining, I was very skeptical especially when our teacher told us that the play will takes 3 hours. Fortunately he told us that there will be a break ! But when the play started and I saw that the players were "modern", I was quite surprise ! The staging chosen by the productor of the play was kindly interessant. First, he chose a gay couple (Helena transformed in a Helenuis), a thing that's normal nowadays. I confess that I didn't immediately understand this change because it wasn't explicit enough. It was only at the end of the first part of the play that I realized that Helena was a man. I liked also the humor there was in the long of the play (like when they sang "I am a single lady" of Beyoncé or the fact that Puck's weapon was a water pistol). Generally I can say I loved this play. Their english was a little hard to understand but I manage to understand the principal of the play.
