Shakespeare from A to Z

My personal review of the play:

 

This play was an amazing reinterpretation of the original one. They were moderns costums, setting, way to act. It was more distracting and funny.

The metatheatre was an intersting thing even if I didn't really understand at first. I thing it brings funnier dialogues and it makes it easier to understand.

I regret that my english level was to low to be able to understand everything, I know I missed interesting facts of the play.

But still the way the actors were chosen for the differents characters  was very angaging. We could see a link between  Helena and Hermia, they seemed to have the same ethnicity. I loved to see an homosexual couple represented in the play, I think, it is the most modern thing they could show in this representation. It also shows that the theatre is a good thing because you can express yourself, your originality, even with a play of a fantstic ans classic writer and author that is Shakespeare.
